Organization
Our office consists of the director, one secretary, as well as 3 sections and the personnel and
accounting officer.
Section 1
In charge of cashier, demographics, issuance of address plate, Acquisition/ Loss/ Restoration of Nationality, school-age children name list preparation,research and appraisal and general affairs.
Section 2
In charge of domicile registration, general household inspection, custody of the household investigation book and household cancellation data during Japanese Occupation as well as the issuance of certificates, seal registration and certification, etc.
Section 3
In charge of ID card issuance, household numbering, file management, document receipt/distribution and so on.
Personnel Officer
In charge of personnel management.
Accounting Officer
In charge of annual auditing and accounting affairs.
